Bela Bill Has Been Passed By The National Assembly On It's Way To Becoming Legislation For Schools In South Africa



The Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Bill was recently approved via the South African Parliament and is particularly now just waiting around to get signed into law via the President.

The Act will introduce major changes towards the South African Schools Act plus the Employment of Educators Act to better align with present-day academic requires and challenges.
